Goated Stevens, Goated fl4sh thanks for everything (especially the mental drain)
now only thing missing from this new thread, is the deranged guy advocating lossless scaling for comedic value

He wrote on the new discussion thread already too xD

use frame gen like lossless or amd fluid, or wait modding team correct X2 buff/debuff.

Of course it was. I didn't play DE version for too long, but it seems that it's exact the same butchered script all over again.
There are many videos floating on the internet (I found this one on varishangout) with re-translated scenes like this one. And yes, I can confirm that the re-translated text above is accurate.

I had no idea. Tks.

So after trying updated version of the 60fps mod my auras are still only lasting half the time, offensive stance lvl 4 is 26 seconds normally but with the mod enabled its around 13-14 seconds. Im pretty sure i installed the mod correctly, the qtes run at normal speed now (huge thanks for fixing that) and the cutscenes properly switch between 60 to 30. Also in nobigdeal la's video they use a level 5 offensive stance which is supposed to last 28 seconds but only lasts for around 14-16 seconds. If anyone else could test their game with auras/buffs and time how long they last compared to what there supposed to and let me know if its just a me problem i would greatly appreciate it.

Can you write the minutes?. I need them to check the video and see what's going on.

Does the FPS mod update still not fix things like faster weather, grass, auras, buffs, debuffs, etc? I do notice the camera being fixed and normal QTE's on Citron.
yes that is the case

Lossless is great for 60->120 and for cutscenes tbh, it just looks bad for fast motion and feels horrible when doing 30->60

I know, that's what I've tried to explain to that guy a thousand times. And not just me, many more people.

However he believes that 30FPS natively and using Lossless Scaling to get 60FPS is a thousand times better.

Nice, thanks. You save me time to check this and try to merge it into the mod.

So when using 60 fps mod we just need to use the 60 fps status timer cheat?

If you're using Citron, make a separate folder, include the cheats folder inside and also the .txt file inside.

Then enable it.

If you're using Ryujinx, merge the codes into your previous .txt file. Then remember to select the cheat on your cheats manager and enable it.

Im just confused if we need both of these:

I guess it's the second one. You need to adjust to actual value to 60FPS.

Thanks for making the FPS mod, absolutely insane! Also noticing that timers are sped up (e.g. Chrome Armor only lasting 7.5 seconds rather than 15). The LOD mod also makes everything super shimmery so not sure it's working correctly, or maybe one of my Citron settings is interfering with it?

Noob question about the resolution mods - should they be used in tandem with Citron's internal resolution scaling or standalone?

I guess you used the 2nd one (60FPS) right?.

I'm on Citron 0.6.1, seems to not read the 1.0.1 update as on the title screen it still says version 1.0.0. Any ideas on how to fix this? Can't use these mods and cheats like this.

Can confirm this works perfectly with stevens 60fps mod. all the buffs/auras/debuffs last the intended time. The game is basically in a perfect state now for me imo. Huge ty to steven gamerjin fl4sh and oldmankain for letting me replay my favorite game of all time in the true definitive edition

Be sure that your .xci or .nsp file has the hash and signature valids using NxFileViewer

You will need your keys to use NxFileViewer.

After that check, be sure the update is enabled on Citron.

Finally you could get the base game and the update separated and try to install the update. Otherwise, if you already have them separated, you can use NSCBuilder (you will need the keys too) and merged both files and make 1 single file with base + update.

Thanks, I'm an idiot! Screenshots of my issue with the LOD mod below:
No LOD mod (1440p, 60 FPS):

With the LOD mod:

Issue is also present on grass but easier to screenshot the ocean :)
