That center is severely underbaked.. Literally liquid, which is why it collapsed towards the centre. I'd check the integrity of the oven due to poor heat dispersion.
Anyway, the other month I was reading a French guy complaining in r/Mexico because he suffered a lot when his Mexican gf gave him the back door... apparently the French pipi couldn't stand the chillies that woman ate.

heat dispersion? Sure, but from my experience it can also happen if the oven is too hot, specifically when you first put the cake, as the dough mixture needs to gradually bake evenly from bottom to the top otherwise that happens, and a burned crust ofc with mushy insides..
