Edit: Oh yeah, Citron is definitely running better for me vs RyuBing. Was stuttering like crazy when jumping around in town, not so much with Citron.

What settings are you using, couse when i try playing on Citron it crushes every now and then , every 5-15 mins.., cant figure why

someone would just need to boot the japanese version (even in an emulator) and check the address values for the 3 chest values for each body type to get an accurate answer.

Either way, its not too hard to get min and max for people interested. There's no effect for going over the maximum value achievable using the slider in the Japanese version anyway, most people are probably just going to want max/min if they want anything that isn't default, and its probably not too difficult to fiddle with the settings manually to find a value you like starting from the (presumed) default, although knowing the exact min and max values would still be good for the sake of accurate documentation.

Another way to play with 60 until masa/stevens cracks the code is to make a key combo shortcut in the 60fps cheat to drop frame rate to 30.

This lets you kick it down manually to 30 with ZL+down and back to 60 with ZL+up.
