I've just started Chapter 3.. which I think starts the 'open world' part. I'm think the only things my save might help create is a moon jump or a run speed modifier.

Though I can verify that turning the max money cheat off does let you actually spend money. So maybe a 'money doesn't decrease cheat" might to appeal to some people?

What do you mean when you say the cutscenes "scale" to 60 FPS on Switch hardware?
In all previous Xenoblade games, the cutscene animations and camera movements still updated at 30 FPS even when you run the game at 60 FPS because there's no appropriate data for the "in-between" frames. I assume that's still true for XCX DE as well?
It works much smoother than 30. 3D annimations are not double speed. I’m not sure how else to describe it.

Greetings all, very new to this, friend helped me get this all setup on Ryujinx - do we have a way to connect online somehow, or some kind of alternative, in order to do the squad/nemesis content?
Anyone got a response for this? Apologies, it determines whether I'll continue playing or not

This is my save file, played all in ryujinx up to chapter 9 with skell flight unlocked.
This is what the full folder should look like: C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Roaming\Ryujinx\bis\user\save\0000000000000001\0\sts\game

for 60 FPS
use lossless scaling or amd fluid frame generation in adrenalyn software ( for AMD card user )
losless scaling work in all app.

Can anyone please report if lossless works well? I've read previous posts on significant latency and ghosting....

Lossless Scaling is a tool that is not worth it IMO.

As Masagrator said you won't get better input lag. The game runs at 30 FPS. If you want to improve the input lag you need to run it at 60 FPS or above natively. So ... a native 60 FPS mod will always be a better choice.

Also Lossless Scaling can add visual bugs like ghosting.
IMO it's just a useless tool that YouTubers and Tiktokers use to make videos about it.

Finally if you're playing on something other than a PC, such as a phone or your Switch, you can forget about using Lossless Scaling.

In short: wait until the game is officially released and better mods will appear.

No, the cutscenes play normally at 60fps. Audio and video are correctly updated.

FYI: Cutscenes are speed up. The audio is faster and is not synchronized with the lips of the characters. As far as I know this is a problem that also occurred in XC3.

honestly at this point, ive just resorted to using lossless scaling until a better 60fps cheat/mod comes around.

Yeah the problem with the cutscenes and audio being speed up and becoming unsynced with the character's lips with the 60FPS cheats has been a constant problem with all the switch games using the 60FPS cheats not just XC3 bc it even happened in BOTW and TOTW and XC2 and XCDE as well.

I'm hoping the Switch 2 includes 60FPS so the 60FPS cheats won't be necessary anymore once the Switch 2 becomes jailbroken.
