BLUR on PC/PS3/360. (Combat racing)
It was delisted on all digital platforms, so the only way to play it on PC now is via piracy, sadly. PS3 version is solid though. Never played the 360 version, but I'm sure it holds up as well.

I'm not even a big racing game person, and I really enjoyed Blur. I was bummed that Bizarre Creations closed their doors while prototyping Blur 2.

Bizarre Creations was a bit of an underrated dev. They built their reputation nicely on the OG Xbox, but they were shuttered way too soon.

Agreed. I just want someone to sell me a legit Steam Key for the game. That's all I want in life.

The sad thing is that anyone with Blur in their inventory will likely ask for a high price.

That reminds me, I just did a quick search, and offline PS4's with P.T. installed still go for $400+ USD on eBay. Oy

Second Sight (PS2/Xbox)
I second(lol) Second Sight. TimeSplitters was an unexpected hit among the PS2 launch titles, and Free Radical Design made a name for themselves through TimeSplitters 2 and 3 and Second Sight.

Second Sight has good gameplay, graphics, and story. I think the GameCube version is supposed to be the best version, but there's a PC port on Steam and gog.

That reminds me, Psi-Ops is also on my to-do list and it's supposed to have similar mechanics.

There was something about Second Sight that always stuck with me, like it's vibe or mood...the music, acting, story etc...it was very X-Files-ish. There is few games that stick with me in that way, I would say most of the first few Silent Hill games, Alien Resurrection, Link to the Past, FEAR, Half Life but I didn't think I could call those underrated as they are pretty well known where as Second Sight never got any kind of follow up and is probably pretty unknown among younger gamers.

Action RPGs are underrated.
Not talking about Zelda, but games like; Brainlord, Final Fantasy Adventure, Secret of Mana, Soul Blazer, Summon Night, Gurumin, Ever Oasis, Children of Mana, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles/Explorers, Monster Hunter, Phantasy Star... and a big etcetera.

Action RPGs are, in my honest opinion, superior to conventional RPGs and J-RPGs.
Great stories, great mechanics, and winning/defeating is based solely on player's skill, not stupid disgusting RNG or "luck".

I also believe to be the best Videogame Genre amongst all.

My all-time favorite anti-gravity racer, Wipeout Fusion on the PS2. Personally, I believe that this game tried to really stand out in the franchise by trying something new and it got waaaaay overhated for that. So much so that the sequel was heavily marketed as a "return to roots" despite this being the one and only game that actually broke from the formula.
