im getting a error cecd (0004013000002602) kernel panic crash on my mii plaza after my recent pass
dont know if its because someone set a malicious mii but thats honestly my guess why im getting this crash

Netpass v0.7.1 just released!

- Fix issue where if some titles were toggled off it would refuse to upload and download any data
- Fix many crashes caused by the SPR BOSS patches

IMPORTANT! If you are using the SPR patches, be sure to update them and then restart your console!

I think that the street pass relay patch was broken even after I downloaded the latest version of net pass because when I tried to enter the mii Plaza, it threw up an error. After deleting the patch, the problem result itself, but I just wanted to let you know.

Hey soru. When i updated to v0.7.1 and go to the back alley i get a blank white screen on the top screen. Any idea why or how to fix? I keep getting phantom passes as well.

try waiting until in the bottom screen it is done with uploading / downloading messages. Soru'll have to fix this in a future version

Yeah, when I said latest update, I did mean 0.7.1 but the issue resolved itself when the patches got deleted for street pass relay. Probably just the pretendo patches and the netpass patches conflicting with each other

Hi! I have a couple of questions

Streetpass Relay. https://www.3dbrew.org/wiki/StreetPass#StreetPass_Relay
Used originally for supported Nintendo Zone hotspots, where, once connected to one, you would "register" yourself to it, and streetpass match with other users connected to it, without being remotely close.
Netpass allow for people who opt-in to this feature, to automatically check for Streetpass matches without having to open the app periodically or have it idle.
Pretendo also make use of that feature, but only restrict it to the user friend list for security reason.
Netpass does have reporting systems, moderation, and some counter-measures for malformated/maliciously Streetpass data.

Second: How do i "disconect" from the Netpass, like togling off from normal streetpass

One thing to point, is using Netpass, still allow you to use Streetpass, as normal. And even use the previously mentionned Pretendo SPR feature.
If you want to stop using it. Just wait until the selected virtual place in Netpass expire (Around 8/hours from the top of my head without checking) and it will not give you more Streetpass matches. Same goes for the SPR optional feature, as you still need to select a virtual location before hand in the app. You can also remove the Netpass SPR feature safely from the app once installed.

Also: Whats the function of the "Alley"?

The alley, is an optional option which allow you to request for specific streetpass game matches, for a couple of walk coins.
Let's say you want to find that one person who also has Centipede: Infestation as a 3DS streetpass game. You can "pay" for an Alley match, for Netpass to specifically match you with someone with that game.
You can use it only three time once you selected a virtual location. The first one is three, and the two other times require to pay with walk coins.
While you can totally cheat your walk coins, which is fine for that use, Netpass doesn't allow you to try to bypass the 3 Maximum alley use via changing your 3DS time.

Still have to go into one of the room. If you have SPA relay enabled, you don't need to start Netpass again for the duration of the room, and it will give you matches from time to time.

an autoupdater would be cool! the pretendo integration is pretty awesome too! keep cookin! When pretendo supports mainline pokemon ill be switching, for now pokemon bank and transporter work still so dont wanna lose that as I mainly play play on switch lol
