Do not affect mobile and tablets.

On PC, try a incognito browser and see if the problem keeps on.

I've had similar issues in the past, not with youtube, but with google websites not loading on pc, only on mobile. Deleting all cookies/cache fixed it for a day.

It don't working for me on both of normal browser and incognito browser. I did try on Brave, Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Waterfox, LibreWolf still give me same problems on 59 seconds from any YouTube videos.

I try flush DNS through command on Windows - ipconfig /flushdns then clear out.

Still not working for me. :(

This was happening to me in Incognito Mode but not regular mode while I was logged in for some reason.

The problem ended being that the Javascript for jnn-pa.googleapis.com was blocked, so I had to enable it for the YouTube domain, and videos in Incognito Mode no longer get stuck at 1 minute. Maybe a basket case unrelated to your specific issue.

Note, this problem didn't happen at all when I tried watching a YouTube video in Edge.

I did try remove adblockers extension and still not working. I did clear cookies and data did not help me. I think Google give malware to my computer for no reason. :(

I think and I will have to do full format my computer to destroy Windows 11 operating system where something left plaque behind deep in there. Then I will have to rebuild fresh Windows operating system again and reinstall all drivers over again. It's really very pain to do all work. I think Google did give malware to us on any computers. I'm really get very upset on Google. Big problems affect computers only. That's why.

I had Samsung tablets and phone can get on YouTube to play any video and running over 59 seconds without problems. I don't know why it's working perfect than computers have problems. So weird in different way.

Anyone have problems with computers then we and people should fill lawsuits against Google company which mess up YouTube. December 2024 is worst that give big plaque to all people like us with computers have problems with YouTube. I can't believe that. Google is responsible for damage to all computers due to nasty rogue behind in there without our permission. I'm angry at Google company.

No, that's dumb. There's a toggle to turn it off for a specific website if stuff breaks, no need to remove it...
according to this site and this site, it should removed no need to keep it, as i mention before i used ublock origin from dev picks on the extension shop

no need to clean install if it's malware try malwarebytes, or just stop strange services from service.msc

Yes, malicious adblockers exist. That's why people should stick with uBlock. "Remove your adblocker" is just bad advice though.

Hi everyone! I found out. I blamed on oqullcn for telemetry to block all companies inside operating system! I don't know why I did install oqullcn telemetry on my operating system for to block all companies spywares, data collection.

I force go to check deep inside my operating system path:

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc then open hosts with notepad and found three (3) in there!

Here proof for reason why block YouTube video at 59 seconds! I was blind and never know this!

Delete 3 lines --> 0.0.0.0 jnn-pa.googleapis.com / 0.0.0.0 and ::1 imasdk.googleapis.com from hosts file deep inside operating system to fix YouTube problem!

Thank you so much!
I used your method and finally solved the problem!
I spent the whole afternoon looking for solutions on the official Google website and other platforms, and you ended up saving my YouTube!
However, the line I deleted was a bit different from what you mentioned. There was no “googleapis” in my hosts file, only “www.google.com”. I thought deleting it wouldn’t work at first, but it actually succeeded. I still don’t understand why this small difference fixed the issue.Anyway, thank you again! With love from China.
