Yes both work fine I have working versions
USB Loader GX also if im not wrong this may be a exclusive build I only recieved not sure if it got posted publicly

Wii games are not launching, I get message: Can't launch in Wii virtual console mode!
The game I am trying to launch supports Classic controller Pro
Is this known limitation of this build?
GC game are loading fine.

Nope, I might have read somewhere that it is not possible with this build, but I am not sure.
