Not gonna lie, this happened to me once
It wasn't an emergency at all or anything, but I still had to call 911. Why? Because a naked man was running and screaming in the street during late night of halloween. When calling 911, we were put on hold for several minutes (about 15 minutes) and we were thinking "what if it was an actual emergency? what if one of us was in actual danger right now?" Turns out the man was high on drugs. When the police and ambulances arrived, they covered him with some kind of metalic blanket and he kept screaming in loop "WE ARE RICH!!! I'M RICH!!! MY FAMILY IS RICH!!!"
