I can try to translate what TomSwitch has. A lot of the code names he has are universal to most RPG games. If not, they're easy to figure out when you play the game.

Off enable = it is a restore code to bring the game back to original state without closing the game. Simply uncheck all cheats you don't want and turn on the Off enable
coins = currency used to buy items in the game
bulbs = currency used to craft spark balls (what badges are in the past games)
mushroom = item used to restore hp
nuts = item used to restore sp
1 up m = 1up mushroom. used to revive a dead partner
hp sp = hp and sp are capped at 123 and will not decrease
ZL ohk = One hit Kill. Hold ZL before making an attack to kill enemies instantly. Be careful as it applies you as well
have 100 = have 100 of every item
sp off mod = turns off unlimited sp only
