Best news I've heard in ages. Glad to see that weeks, hours a day, of convincing people to vote for him, wasn't invain.

I knew he would win. Kamala was campaigning to become president, Trump knew he would win, he just wanted the popular vote too. It's just shocking to see how big the red wave is. It seems like Kamala won't take a single swing state. Just an awful result, even for her.

I normally don't speak out or think much of politics, but wow, I don't get how so many people can lose their minds, either throwing the biggest celebrations or falling into the biggest anger and depression over what's still just exit polls. What a dumb thing to do. Seems that everyone loves to do this - politicians themselves as well as the users of GBAtemp that are now taking politics outside of the politics containment subforum.
Any elections I've experienced or heard of in the past, I didn't care and think anything of the results until they were officially fully counted and announced. Sure, maybe the probability of the official results being close to the polls are high, but history has shown that the official results that come later can be completely different.
Don't set things on fire (whether that would be fireworks or your house) until you know the official results of such a big thing. Seems that even my country's politicians of both sides are already acting as if these are the final results.
