As the current releases of DBI are in Russian (I respect the authors decision in this) I tried to translate the, for me, most used menus in English
I combined several OCR, translate websites and the DBI 6.58 (last) English menu so here is my attempt in translation:

It's still just as easy to run the FTP server in the latest Russian version

True, but now I see the phonetically superior Cyrillic alphabet, in context to the English alphabet, that I cannot read and feel dumb.

Edit: No homo; I am willing to give DuckBill a very thorough pp-touch every day if he would please add English translation.

It's got a couple of handy features, remove unused tickets and a clean up feature. That's the only reason I use it. Generally I use Tinwoo to install nsp and xci as I prefer the larger text and don't need to put glasses on to see what's on the screen.

To be fair to DBI though, it is good software with lots of features, it's just a shame that the dev seems to have something against English speakers now and won't add a config option to change the text from a text file or ini file.

And the most importat so far, DBI has no proved to be a malware; Tinfoil, well has been proved a malware.

I wasn't. Probably isn't a hard fix, but my father is currently in the hospital with cancer and my hacked switch is the only thing keeping him busy. It gets fixed when when I get it back. There's no way in hell I'm taking it from him for something like that.

Been checking for a new version of DBI almost daily. IMHO, the best installer/tool for the switch to date. Always been reliable and great features. I wonder if the author could be bribed via gofundme or similar to release English translations? I imagine I and others would gladly "donate". Yes, I am aware there is a way to understand the Russian menus.

the translations already exist and the code is already there (DBI used to available in english). doubt a gofundme would change the dev's views.

'Cause it's still a PT-BR version, not an English one despite of a filename.

The latest multilingual official release was on English, Portuguese and Rusian, next release was Rusian only.

the only valid reason i can think is if you need to massive change the code to support i8n, or if include several language resource files create a big file.
