News channel with CFW

After one month with atmosphere I am think that news in left side are freeze in the time I make the emummc

Is there any alternative?
- add channels outside Nintendo to get updated news
- hide the side with custom theme

How is the way to make a custom theme just as official theme but lack of news sidebar?

This one fits your description for the lockscreen, and then this one for the Home menu.
(edit: disable NXThemes Installer -> Settings -> Enable extra layouts right before installing the Home theme, or the footer bar won't show).

The only remaining icon with any color is the Album (blue), all others are also gray in the stock theme.

I don’t think so, they are red and yellow, speak with memory

No, NSO and News icon are red, eShop is yellow, and Album is blue. The rest (Controller, System Settings, and Sleep Mode) are all monochrome, always.

By the way, I noticed the home theme (Default Offline by Aarontendo) seems to be missing the footer at the bottom of the screen, so I published another, but with footer.
(edit: it turns out the issue was not the Home theme like I thought, but the Common layout that gets applied with the Banned layout by default. You can simply toggle that in NXThemes Installer -> Settings -> Enable extra layouts, right before installing the Home theme, and the footer will show).

Are these themes white and black mode or only dark mode?

Those I linked above work in both black and white themes in settings.

I make a custom theme of Home Screen with a kit aplicación and and YouTube tutorial hiding NSO and notification. I left shop icon for Homebrew and album for album

I will try to hide news in block screen. I have find the file that I need to edit but now I need to find the correct part for hide and center the icon

I used to use the eShop icon for hbmenu for a while too.

But some games can open the eShop straight from the game menu (to get DLC, language packs...).
If you have hbmenu set to open with the eShop icon, and a game does that, it opens hbmenu instead. But hbmenu has no way to go back without closing it... and doing so closes the game completely. It's annoying when it happens.

Now I have hbmenu set to R+Album icon, and use title override most of the time.
