I basically got the new doom + doom ii for free on ps4

So I had PS plus and I had downloaded the original version of doom from it and for some reason after the new version had released, it had still let me get it for free even though I technically didn't own doom 1 or 2 beforehand... and it still works after my PS plus expired!

I was 22 years old when the first came out and I still think it's trash. I don't even like Doom 2016 or Doom: Eternal whatsoever. Goes to show what different tastes we all have. I know tons of people love the Doom series. I'm just not one of them. Oh well.

Edit. @CoolMe Is there something you'd like to say? Or do you normally have random bouts of laughter with no explanation?

Doom was shit hot when it first came out. I completely lost interest in the FPS genre sometime after Quake, but those early games were fun and exciting, especially death matches with friends

I'm gonna have to see if it works for me - I know I have a bunch of the Doom games on my PS4 (I think I bought the Slayers collection digitally when it was massively reduced).
