After download the fpslocker patch directly from the fpslocker plugin, and set it, it is success in the 1st launch. But in the second launch it will crash. Any body facing this issue too?

I play Octopath Traveler 2 on switch, but my game has a different BuildID from the pack.
It's 0D9649011312F62E.
So i change the name of pack's file txt to my game buildid's. But it's not worked.
I check the EdiZon and i can see the cheat codes but it's seem not working.

That's why you don't use cheats from different BID. Different BID means that code is different and for 99.9% of cases it's not crosscompatible.

Since you use real Switch and not emu, use FPSLocker.

There is a patch, you just didn't use newest FPSLocker per your issue report.

Yes, delete all, restart game and atmosphere, and put yaml in folder. Put 60 fps target, but not work. :/
