Hello everyone.

I'm about to sell all my Nintendo Switch stuff. However, I'd like to delete all my stuff from my Switch (My account, my sister's account, and other potential personal information) before selling it.
Howevver, whenever I try to delete something, I get the same error code "2155-8007" followed by "An error has occured. Please try again later."
When I try to delete an account or initialize my console, I get this error.

Is there anything I can do to delete these stuff?
Thanks

ah yes, sorry, forgot to mention that it is an old switch
A gen 1, hacked with Hekate and Atmosphere.
The OFW is 16.0.3 and the CFW is 1.5.4

2155-8007 mean you are blocking server communication, that why you are not able to do the factory reset when you attempting it, if you got a NAND backup before you did any hack restore that instead.

ok, first, if I restore the NAND, but I already had all these infos on my switch when I made said backup, are they going to still be there?
And secondly, I do have a backup from before I hack my Switch, but I don't know how to do this restoration, nor do I know what files to use. I have a folder in my hard drive named "back up switch" with multiple files and folders in it, but it was made so long ago that I don't remember what is the backup from before. What should I be looking for?
Thanks again

If the backup was made after you linked your Nintendo account then it is not useful, as you want it to be in the state before you ever linked any Nintendo account. So how are your setup? did you installed NSP and linked your Nintendo account on the same NAND?

If what you are asking is when did I link my nintendo account on my switch, the answer is "Pretty much right after I bought it" and I bought it about 2 month after the global release, which was long before any viable hack were available. So I highly doubt a back up would be a solution here

Any pirated games on the same NAND that your Nintendo account are linked to? No emunand?

I'm not sure to understand how this is going to help me with my initial problem

If there is no nsp/xci installed you can take the dns blocker off to do the factory reset. In your current situation since you installed pirated games (nsp/xci) format if you factory reset you will get the system banned. Unpatched switch have higher value if it is not banned.

Before you proceed, do you have the boot0/boot1 and the rawnand (about 29.2 gb)?

Well, I'm trying to find these files, but it seems like they are gone...
I have a folder with 6 characters, inside it I do have BOOT0 and BOOT1 files (4MB each) and a "restore" folder. Inside it a "partitions" folder, inside it, nothing at all.

Then you don't have a full nand backup if you don't got a 29.2 gb rawnand.
