I have 1 cheeky request: could you take your 4 files from the rush_utf8_le folder, together with any of the files necessary from the game itself from that same folder, and transplant them (well, the .bin file inside each .bundle file) into the Japanese version of the predecessor Sevens game's rush_utf8_le.ab file so that that game has all DLC cards translated as well (because as far as I can tell the files are cross-compatible, and I've seen good results)? 1 discovery I've made is that the Go Rush files' headers need to be replaced by the Japanese version of Sevens files' headers (not sure the size of the header, what worked for your files were until and including offset 2F). But other than that, there's no need for any changes.

I'm asking for your help, rather than doing it myself for personal use and checking up with you if you'd be OK with distribution, because while your files seem to work perfectly in the transplant (everything's of course messed up without Go Rush's index files, but that's expected), I for some reason can't get Go Rush's other original files to work at all (as in, the Japanese version of Sevens won't even start). I think the problem lies in ripping the files: I can use UABE for your files to grab the .bin file from inside the .bundle files, but for the game's files UABE doesn't work for some reason and I need to use AssetStudio to extract the CAD and THEN I can use UABE. I'm literally an amateur at this stuff and have no idea how to proceed from here, hence the call for help.

EDIT:

(this is about Go Rush and the mod's intended usage) I found 1 small problem in the mod but it also has a fix: tutorials don't work on the 1.0.1 version (of course running game version 1.0.1 myself, as I want to hold off on DLC cards until I finish the story). When starting the tutorial, the game never gets out of the loading screen, and the loading screen's text blinks without any mini-stutters which seems to suggest the game's doing nothing. However, I tried out msg_duel_talk_event_tutorial.bundle from the 1.1.3 mod, and that fixes the problem.

EDIT 2: I found something else worth mentioning: with the exception of Fusion Monsters, cards that display text before their Requirement lack the rest of the effect (examples are all middle Maximum pieces and The Creator). This is in the 1.0.1 version, I can't check if this problem is also present in the 1.1.3 version (EDIT on this: since I just finished the story I updated to 1.1.3, and I can now confirm the problem's fixed there).

Made a 1.1.3 save file with pretty much every card, as well as a secret Yudias recipe (I enabled it from within the save, but judging by the recipe's title it could be unlocked in some sort of invitation event?).

The save's missing most foil cards though: it only has all non-foil cards x3 (x1 in the case of Legend cards). There's a small exception though, and that's 13 of the 14 code-only cards that can't be generated or bought (fortunately, they're only alternate arts). If I knew the in-game ID of those cards I could add them manually to the save though.

Sevens recipes/avatars are left unbought for people who prefer to stick to the Go Rush stuff only, but if you want them, there's more than enough money available. Also, I should note that some Sevens recipes are not actually from the Sevens game but are Go Rush-exclusive, you can recognize them by a character's final recipe not ending in "True" (that includes Mimi's only recipe, as her Sevens recipes are from her Goha outfit version).

Simply replace your own GeneralSaveData.json with the one in the archive. System.json is unnecessary but added just for completeness sake (it's in-game settings only, you'd probably prefer to keep your own settings).

EDIT: Realized I may have accidentally left in a custom deck I quickly scrapped together for some mission. Well, not that it matters since custom decks can easily be deleted.

Does anyone know how much of the story of the anime is covered in the story mode?
Only up to Yudias vs Zwijo before the credits, then post-credits it goes to Yuna and Rovian. When the game was released none of the post-credits characters had their cards in the game yet though (except Yuna to a certain because she runs Sevens Road), though with 1 of the updates came cards for most of them so all post-credits enemies except that fish guy got a new deck (but they only get it in the post-game after beating Rovian).

And that's been all sadly, they're nowhere near on the ball with making new decks for characters like they did in the first game. For example, new Voidvelgrs like Apocalypse were introduced to the game but Zwijo didn't get a new deck to show them off, and heck, with the exception of Yuna's first deck NONE of them run Fusion at all. Many are also just bizarre such as the kappa guy running a full triple set of Spike Seadra in his third deck that's supposed to be his ultimate deck, faced before facing the pre-credits boss, despite how horrible those are and his deck having literally 0 support for it (and also bizarelly, they removed his Kappa Avengers but found space for Enchanting Mermaid, what? Not only not a Kappa, but also not an Aqua-type so no support for it in his deck).

i see thats hella weird. I appreciate the help I have a friend that wants to play the game but he doesn't want to get spoiled so I was checking for him what he episodes he needs to get to before he jumps on it lol.

You are most likely talking about the previous rush duel game that came to the west that its last patch is 1.3.3

The game you are talking about is called Yu-Gi-Oh! RUSH DUEL: Dawn of the Battle Royale!!, this game here is called Yu-Gi-Oh! RUSH DUEL: Saikyo Battle Royale!! Let's Go! Go Rush!!

It turns out you are right. It seems there are some download websites that provide false information.
 
I installed the mod and it works partially. The UI text is translated but the Card Names and Effects are wholly untranslated; along with the Card Filter UI.
Is the "duelengine" folder in your romfs directory supposed to be empty.
