My son and I just got a modded switch and we are playing this game, is there a save file out there that has all characters unlocked?

No luck, still waiting. Unfortunately most of the save file in tinfoil are for nintendo exclusive games.

I've been messing around with trying to get PC save data onto JKSV but I'm stuck with this "time" file that corrupts the data. Gonna keep playing with it I'll update if anything!

Ok, so I found a save file with 50% progression and about half of the heroes unlocked. So I used it and played until I got most of the heroes. I'm just missing Aunt May and Stan Lee. You can extract the folder until you get to the folders named slot1, slot2 and slot5. Paste them using JKSV but make sure to delete your save file first. Make a back up just in case.

Hello! I just wanted to share a working version of this save with clearer instructions because the original instructions were hard to follow.
The completed game is in Slot 2
This is also for the USA version

How to use:
1. Download the zip I have below
2. put the "100 slot 2" folder into: /JKSV/Saves/LEGO Marvel Super Heros/
3. Open JKSV (I recommend not using Applet Mode when running this app)
4. Launch the game and load Slot 2

I hope these instructions help and not fry anyone's brain
