Twilight menu++ error.

as the title suggests, im having an error that i cant seem to resolve, firstly, twilight fix DID NOT work, and secondly, im a bit outdated, im on 1.15 i belive, with the latest luma. the issue im having is a message coming up when i try to enter any ds game, even physical games. the message reads "Failed to mount CTRNAND or load the CTRNAND FIRM" this only happens when i start up ds games. also i have done a ctrnand transfer

i did, i get an error saying i cant, and my 3ds wont boot into safe mode either
