Wiiflow bringing me back to homescreen

When i open any WAD that launches with wiiflow it brings me back to the wii homescreen, and when i open the wiiflow software it brings up the options page, pushes my cursor upwards and then crashes the whole console

what do i do? (Vwii)

how do you launch your games (USB key, external hard drive, SD)??

how is your media formatted?

Wiiflow version, is this the latest?

I got Wiiflow from its website (i so i think its the latest version) i use an SD card for the games and im pretty sure the SD is formatted as Fat32 (64gb)

Also, im using a wii u which has an external hard drive which i use for wii u games if that may be effecting it

Oh and btw i forgot to mention when i try using usbloader gx it crashes the whole console
