emulators aren't supported here, users here only provide cheat supports only for edizon user on cfw switch , but yes you can load cheats into yuzu or ryujinx using nintendo switch emulator cheats manager
Yes, but that speed code don`t work with yuzu, with yuzu i need the code for separate 1.5x, 2x, etc etc.

i do have the 6IV codes installed, but none of the pokemon i caught are 6IVs, which is why i asked if there are any other code that needs to be used with it. sometimes you just need to read between the lines of what people say.
Should work fine without encounter code. I had tested myself and the wild mons were 6iv
everything is explain in the first page about how to use codes (even complex), before asking people to "read between lines" you should start by talking with people with things like "hello", thanks, please (mostly when you asked them something), it's something called "education"

Yes but (and that's why i uploaded an "updated list" ) ressources files don't have 3.01 items like all legendary treat, the only item from dlc 2 updated in item list is the mythical berry
