isnt these types of questions better off and perhaps more quickly answered to within the pretendo discord servers?
I really do not want to join discords without having a reason to do so.
That's the only way to contact them though. Thats why I posted. Just join ask for help and then leave.

By the looks of things you'll have to unlink the account create a new one and relink I to the new PNID

Then you have to contact the pretendo team via discord which is quicker response time or DM them on X
Look up pretendo on X and you should find it. I don't think I'm allowed to post outside links here
OK, I sent a DM to them. Hope that they respond within a reasonable timeframe.
