In Japanese it can have several meanings including:

wicked
mischief
seduce
rape
noisy

But it's an uncommon character in Japanese and more often used in Chinese where it shares all of these meanings but also rebellion

And like any other language there is more than one way to say noisy so if you put that in Google translate you will get a different response
