Hacking Animal Crossing USB Loader GX USB Keyboard doesn't work

I tried to play Animal Crossing City Folks with a USB keyboard but it doesn't work. The keyboard itself works fine with the wii and also in Nintendont. The HDD is at the port 0 and the usb keyboard at port 1. What I have tried:

• cIOS 249 base 56 d2x v10 beta 52
• cIOS 250 base 57 d2x v10 beta 52
• cIOS 251 base 58 d2x v10 beta 52
• cIOS 238 base 38 d2x v10 beta 52

• cIOS 249 base 56 d2x v10 beta 53-alt
• cIOS 250 base 57 d2x v10 beta 53-alt
• cIOS 251 base 58 d2x v10 beta 53-alt
• cIOS 238 base 38 d2x v10 beta 53-alt

I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I play until I can enter the name of my character and the keyboard input isn't recognized. :/

I am in a similar situation. I am trying to get a keyboard to work in the original animal crossing played through the wii. I am not trying to play with the keyboard as much. I am trying to use it for the points in the game that you have to write a letter or something.

Try loading it with cIOS 251 (58).
