MarioCube has a few Flash Game WAD injects (google it).
My repo has also this, but again google for them (i won't put links to them due to rules)

This program only allows you to use either the Back to Nature or the Flash Placeholder, which is also a modified version of Back to Nature as well.

I don’t use those type programs.
I use the Wii.cs Tools that contains WAD, U8, and TPL tools such as a unpacker and packer for the U8 archive and WAD, and another for converting your image to TPL, and converting a TPL to an image.
