Do you mean fullscreen for n64? They have that mod on website. If you mean SNES, you need to patch the rom I think.

Would it be possible to disable the interpolation ? It makes the game kinda blurry, a problem that I don't have when using mGBA

This mod seems to be broken after updating to system update 19.0/Atmosphere 1.8.0? The NSO GBA app just gets stuck in the intro logo screen forever.

It didn't work anymore with me neither. Maybe activating the fake account with tinfoil might solve it, but I chose to use Retroarch instead, which has many more features and is simpler.
