Actions speak louder than words is a fairly common phrase meaning much the same thing, sadly I don't know any Spanish ones and a search failed me (though did see me learn Sin pelos en la lengua so success as far as I am concerned). If you want to go economics then it is called revealed preference. If the young ladies (or divorced 40 somethings if you prefer to roll in such circles) stare that the scars, possibly with other modifiers (not all as obvious as touching themselves but certainly a good one if it is evident), or feel compelled to touch them (though again gaming site rather than muscle car site or bodybuilding site or something so it is better to ignore that) that speaks more to the level of attraction they feel towards them. Saying something, especially if the young lady assumes it is like speaking to another young lady, might see you spiral off down a deep dark hole rather than the more likely "OK" so would tend to be avoided.
