it finaly came off
Then you will need to desolder the heatsink, or its stuck on using some strong adhesive thermal compound similar to the OG Xbox. If thats the case then power on the player, as soon as it gets hot, then you can lift the heatsink off.
there was a glob of a glue like substance and it didn't feel like thermal paste lol

so anyone got a diagram ??
