I have hacked my Pokémon shield save file to have hacked pokemon and I have not been banned and don,t use cfw online and I have the hacked pokemon on the sysnand and I can go online and it works

Come on "Mr-hacker-man", not much of a hacker if you're afraid to get banned, eh? There's always a risk of getting banned when doing things non-legitimately.

There is nothing to know. If you hack, you get banned. If you don't hack, you don't get banned. If you want to hack, get a second switch for when you inevitably DO get banned.

Do whatever you want dude. Nobody here is going to cry for you when you get banned. Edizon overlays are not always hacks, but it sounds like you're using them to mod pokemon. If you mod pokemon, then go online, there is always a chance that you will get banned. It may not be immediately, it may be weeks from when you hacked, but Nintendo hides ways to detect hacks within their software, so as vigilant as we modders always try to be, there is ALWAYS A CHANCE OF BEING BANNED.

Much like using a condom does not give you a 100% chance to avoid STD's and Pregnancy. It greatly reduces your risk, but the risk is ALWAYS there.
