Last week I homebrewed my old new 3DS and the micro SD card on it is the default one that came with it. It was a Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate edition 3DS and the size was around 23 or 25 GB or so.

All the things for Homebrew are installed onto it, but can I simply just change the micro SD on it to upgrade the storage?

What I mean is that I am wondering if I have to do a re-install of everything again if I want to use a different Micro SD card or if should I copy and paste everything on the Micro SD card, then move it to the new one?

You just need a larger sd card format it correctly and copy everything over.
So nothing other than formatting is needed to do then?

Also.. Will anything change once the Eshop is closed down?
Will the "Homebrew" game "store" still work?

I don't think eshop closure affect it as it doesn't use Nintendo Server for data.
