Rdr2 only launches when integrated GPU is disabled

I finally decided to play rdr2. after installing the game it doesn't launch and it seems that the game is using Intel GPU by default. It's only when I disabled Intel GPU on Device manager that it launches using the dedicated GPU (Radeon), yet disabling it means that I won't be able to change screen brightnes nor activate night light, any ideas? I tried changing the settings file, updating drivers, but nothing worked, especially that when I change graphic settings within game settings I am unable to save the changes as the Apply button is grayed out. Any help will be appreciated.
