having lot of issues with atmosphere crashing games , games not installing fully, and other error
this switch was hacked year ago was working great but want to start fresh where do i begin thanks

Did you check if the games are correctly dumped? Maybe it's just a faulty dump.

What exactly happens? Can you post an error code or screenshot? Is it an atmosphere error screen or the black one from the switch itself?

They all just install slow and slow load times in games

But that is not atmosphere related nor any other software i would say. What sd card do you use?

I had issues with atmosphere giving me blank games even though everything was updated correctly including latest sigpatches.

Had to go back to a different AIO and use shallowsea again and they worked fine afterwards. Not sure what was happening

games installing so slow under dbi and awoo tried two cards and same

In Hekate -> Console Info tap MicroSD button wait for it to load fully and post the screenshot (will look something like this)



Also tap benchmark, wait for it to finish, and then post the results here (it will look something like this)

At this stage sounds likely to be an sd issue, I'd follow the advice and check that out first. If it is then no amount of reinstalling anything is going to help anyway

how is that possible both sd cards are brand new one from office depot and other from best buy

Your sd card reader is in 1 bit mode and you have read and write failures. This is a hardware failure. Your SDCard reader needs to be looked at by a qualified professional.

If you would like to open it up and replace the SDCard reader yourself you can. It’s actually quite cheap and easy. SDCard readers for Switch are available on iFixit and Amazon.

You can do as you please, it won’t change the fact that the sd card reader inside your Switch is broken. This is why even a brand new card didn't work either. Nothing will work until you fix your SDCard reader.

I’ve only had to try two new SDCards out of the bunch. I got lucky one time and screwed the second time but the seller replaced it with a working one. As with anything on Amazon it‘s best to read the reviews as each seller will be different.
