I painstakingly made these save files from nothing, by playing the game, and using the Redux patch to bypass the death counter to get the last album photo for stealing. The patch also bypasses you being renamed 'THIEF'. You have all inventory items full, Magic Powder (40), Bombs (60), and Arrows (60) are full, 999 Rupees, all 14 heart containers, all 20 secret seashells for the L-2 sword, and all 8 of the Sirens' Musical Instruments. You start the save file outside the Wind Fish's egg with your sword set to (A), and your pegasis boots set to (B).
Save files are included for both the original monochrome game from 1993 (8KB), and the color DX game from 1998 (32KB). There are several save files for the DX version to choose from, but the one named "All 3 Color Tunics" has one color per in-game save slot:
