This is a port of the Cave Story DSi sanctuary time attack for Cave Story for the 3DS (not to be confused with the 3D version called Cave Story 3D and published by NISA).
The main differences are:
3DS: Lack of snake, machine gun, super missiles and pot of life. Black background and missing missile expansion/missile launcher before miniboss (big press).
DSi: Snake, machine gun, super missiles and pot of life available. Hell background and missile expansion/missile launcher before miniboss (big press) restored.
