I don't know why I feel like making these little gaming blogs, but it feels good [man].
So, I downloaded Muramasa: The Demon Blade last night, and it went really fast. I played about 30 minutes of it and beat the first boss. Earlier today I beat the second boss at the ninja base, and I haven't played anymore since. I really like the graphical style, controls, and concept (Hack 'n' Slash Platformer), but it seems really boring and repetitive so far. It seems all I'm doing is running through areas that look just like the last, while killing ninjas that aren't even challenging. Oh well, I'll play it again soon and see if it gets any better.
I also download Left 4 Dead 2 (PC version) last night, and tested it out. It lagged like hell obviously, and I could barely play it. I went to sleep, and when I woke up, I searched up ways to possibly control my laptop's temperature (Or at least the things that affect it). I found SpeedFan, so I downloaded it and set the Automatic Fan Speed option on, and set the desired temperatures for the things I can set them for (Hard Drive, CPU cores, etc.) to ~80 degrees Fahrenheit. I restarted my computer, loaded L4D2, and I was in shock. It ran smoothly. I set Anti-Aliasing to 2x, and it still ran smooth. I tried Modern Warfare 2 that I purchased on Steam when the game came out, and it ran extremely smooth as well. Matches actually loaded within seconds instead of minutes, and I could actually see who I was shooting at.
Well, that's about it...I plan on looking for some more PC games like Fuel and a few others. If I had money to buy them, I would (Mainly for compatibility), but I don't.
