Update about life

So, as some of you might have seen, I have been less active lately. That is because I started High School. Anyways, when most people hear about a kid going to high school, they would tell them to "enjoy it". Well I'm not enjoying it, the classes are slow and boring, and I'm planning to challenge out next year

Anyways short blog post, been a while since I made a serious one

who the fuck enjoys high school? i didn't think it would get any more depressing after 9th grade but now in 10th im on the verge of snapping and suicide.

"who the fuck enjoys high school?" I totally did, even though I missed exactly 180 days over four years, which makes my four-year high school experience a three-year adventure. I made distinguished honor roll multiple times, met a ton of people--good & bad, and would do it all over again......but you only get one chance (unless you fail miserably) to make the most of it.

When did people start school in august, back in my day we waited till september, and we started vacation in at the end of june. Didn't Phineas and Ferb say there was 108 days of summer vacation? How many days you had? O_O

Starting school in mid august is terrifying tbh. I don't remember that being the norm for California. Thought y'all went back in like, mid Sept, got out at the middle of May? Though 10 years is the last time I really had a grasp of how things worked over there. Guess that just means late August is now a viable time for going to the beach without anyone there since they're all in school. Muahaha

In Missouri, we start right smack in the middle of August and get out right smack in the middle of May.

I think highschool was the least shitty part of that period of my life. My highschool was pretty calm. The other highschools in my town were the shitty ones, one for rich kids and the other for drug addicts. My school had its fair share of skids but they mostly kept to their own little group.

There's a lot of fun to be had in highschool, though the first year is usually just trying to adjust and learn the new school. Granted I didn't have middle school.
