Ten Things That Piss Me Off

10) People who wait in line, but then don't know what to order/ask for at the counter. This makes me searingly mad. I may be impatient, but people - remember to look at the menu and decide what to order when you have time in the back of the line!

9) Couples who screw in the bathrooms of clubs. Granted, this may be a gay/lesbian thing, but seriously? There is not that much space in the bathroom and it smells like urine and vomit (or potpourri, if you are lucky). None of these smells makes me jizz my pants. Also, it makes more sense to head home or to a hotel room to treat your spouse/partner/fuck buddy to some oral sex than to immediately sex them up. You know, it's called anticipation?

8) Anime filler episodes. This was the real reason I stopped watching Bleach and Naruto. There are filler bits everywhere, with random story arcs in them to fill up the time before the animators decide on continuing the main storyline. A good anime is like Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood. It gets the job done without having to use fillers to bulk up the episode content, and each episode brings something to the climax of the storyline. Unlike Bleach - where the Bounto storyline was shoehorned into it and you never see the characters or technologies again. (Except for the stupid new "plushies"...)

7) The Postal Service. Seriously. In Canada, our Postal services are unionized. This is like the death knell for everything, as the service is slower than getting bumfucked without lube, and it's expensive. How much you ask? For a less than 100 gram parcel within Canada, I usually pay $7 to $9. To the United States - a light parcel goes for around $3. You see what I complain about? This is why when I sell on ebay, I try to send by the cheapest services or use the UPS services.

6) Local Yarn Stores. There are 4 within walking distance to me. I know I don't look like the average knitter - but I do spend money in local yarn stores. However, I will not buy mohair or anything else expensive...

5) Fighting Games on the DS. Okay, seriously. We NEED a good fighter on this...this doesn't include Shonen's Jump's manga based game... I mean, seriously - the DS is a portable system - and that encourages competitions - so why not put something accessible to everyone on the DS? Like a clone of Smash Brothers? (I know there are a couple of homebrews out there, but the need is there to put games like that out - and I know a lot of people will buy it.)

4) Too accurate cosplaying. I love cosplaying, and I admire people who do the detailed work required to get a costume right down to the laces in the boots, but seriously. I know someone who spent over a $100 getting wigs and cutting them for a single costume. (It was Ichigo in Bleach, and he sort of failed - the wig was pretty bad.) Also, it is nigh impossible to get the hair for any anime character right without copious amounts of hair gel or hair dye!

3) My addiction to slurpees/icees. I can relate to the episode in which Bart mixes the slushies together, and gets high off of them. I need more of them! It's really expensive for a mixture of sugar and water and food colouring, but it's so good....

2) The fact that the president of our LGBTQA club thinks that I have a terrible grasp on spoken English. I know I stutter, and I have a hearing problem (I lost most of the upper/higher frequencies of my hearing, and deep voices tend to be louder for me). This does not mean that I do not want to use my words. I speak very infrequently in front of him, despite being the marketing manager for the club...

1) The fact that I'm antisocial. I rather be at home, blogging, cooking a good meal, or crafting than go out to have a social event. Having dinner with multiple friends makes me nervous that I might say something fucked up, or that I have to do something to save the dinner. Also, I'm paranoid about what people think about me, but personally, I don't care most of the time. I do things to push people away - I once used a book about serial murderers to scare people on the subway/bus.

10) Lol. What's more annoying is when i'm trying to stand there and decide what to order, and the employee i'm standing closest too keeps asking if i'd like to order.
Are you serious lady, i'm lookin' at the damn menu, leave me be D:<

8) Yay filler. I quite like filler >_> But then again, I hate most anime so I don't exactly deal with it a lot.

5) Indeed. Needs moar smashbros. I'm honestly stunned they never thought to make a smash bros type game for DS. That'd sell like mad.

3) Loool. I'm going to 7-eleven soon to get a slushie >_> Around 12:30. Yaay. I'm not addicted to them, but they are yummy.

1) High five for anti-socialism. Though we seem to be antisocial for very different reasons xD
Still. I prefer being anti-social...it's honestly more fun that way most of the times. Though >_> I'm an MMO gamer and casuals have turned the scene into a group-fest where solo'ers are doomed. Ergh.

10) Fully agreed. As you say, when they're waiting in line they have enough time to choose their pick from the menu.
9) I almost never go clubbing, but I can imagine that walking into a restroom cabin and hearing people in the cabin next to you go at it, isn't exactly nice.
8) Agreed. It killed the Bleach anime for me too (Naruto was never alive to me ;) ) now I only read the manga.
7) Holy mother of fuck that's expensive.
6) I'm a goat knitter :tpi: (prolly only the dutch oldies on here will get that one. If there are any dutch oldies on here, that is.)
5) Well there's the Bleach fighting games but they're not exactly played over wifi a lot... So yeah, SSB would be good, but we prolly won't get that anymore since 3ds is already on its way. :(
4) To me, there's no such thing as being too accurate in cosplaying. The more accurate, the better.
3) GIEF HERE! NAO!
2) The bastard.
1) Can't help you with that, sorry.

Addition to 1):

I tend to be paranoid of people. After being fucked up by some idiot 1st years crying sexual harassment, and me being bullied by people in middle school, I don't open up to people easily. I'm also kind of a bitch about some things - I can't stand people who get obnoxiously drunk and stupid in public places. Eg. I have trust issues, am an intelligence snob and don't like people who are obnoxious. Hence, the anti-social thing.

I'm a total bitch!

That reminds me so much of myself, it's strange.

I'm labeled a total bitch for using my intelligence against people who prefer to make themselves look like asses.

10) Agreed, I mean odds are they've had a nice amount of time to think of something to order.

9) I don't know, too young to go to a club and I have no desire to even go to one when I'm older. And I won't be going to any gay/lesbian clubs any time soon.

8) Most TV series in general have "filler" episodes. Like I finished watching the Last Airbender and that has a lot of filler, but the filler also offers insight into the characters. I don't even bother watching crappy anime like Naruto and Bleach. I'm very picky in that respect. Only anime series I've even finished watching was Darker Than Black (both series) and Code Geass. Got bored of Death Note like 15 episodes in and haven't been able to pick up Devil May Cry again. Still need to finish Elfen Lied though, I was on the last episode when I just kinda forgot about it.

7) Postal service in the States is pretty decent so I can't complain.

6) I don't knit. But you can probably just order the stuff online. But then again that brings us back to the postal service :)

5) Bleach fighters are supposed to be pretty good and that Mortal Kombat game isn't too shabby from what I've heard. But consoles and arcades have always been the champions of fighting games, especially with the rise of online gaming. Sure, the DS/PSP can do online gaming but it's nowhere near as good as an Xbox, PS3, or even a Wii. I'm personally very picky with fighters, the only one I actually grew a liking to was Tatsunoko vs. Capcom since it was decently balanced and the combo system was nice. I'll wait until Marvel vs. Capcom 3 personally since it uses the same fight engine.

4) I hate all cosplaying in general. People obsess over what they like to the extreme. I like No More Heroes a lot but I've never had the urge to dress up as Travis. Or Sylvia :creep:

3) I used to have these as a kid but I got really sick of them now. Just seems like it becomes a terrible inbalance of lack of syrup and overabundance of ice in the end. I'll stick to those Coolattas at Dunkin Donuts or whatever nowadays.

2) Being not part of a LBGT community for obvious reasons I can't really comment. Although my speech isn't perfect. I stutter and get my words jumbled a lot. Depends on how excited I am or how tired I am. If I'm really mellow I can speak perfectly fine, even when doing presentations and stuff. If I'm nervous (which seems to be at random times) it shows.

1) I agree with you here, I enjoy staying at home to going out. I wouldn't call it antisocial, antisocial is just that you don't really like people. It's just what you prefer. I mean, I enjoy going out with friends and stuff but, given the choice of going out on my own or staying home, I'd choose staying home. It gives you more freedom and more control over your settings. When you're out you can't really do much. If I'm at home I can do whatever I want.
I hate it when people make their sexual orientation known, as if we care.
It's kinda relevant to her story, you know. It's not like she's saying "Oh, by the way, I like women" at the end of every sentence. Her annoyances revolve around people in her LBGT community. So stating that she is a lesbian is relevant to the story.

And there's nothing wrong with being proud in your sexual orientation. HETEROSEXUAL AND PROUD OVER HERE.

So? People should be proud of their sexuality and really shouldn't have to hide it.

proud of something that happened by accident?
pride should come from things you achieve

People are quite proud of being heterosexual, but I am not just talking about having pride in the fact that you are this and that, I am talking about being proud of who you are, what little and what big parts of you happen to be. Living day to day being you is enough to be an achievement.

I guess 3/4th of the members here should put "HETEROSEXUAL AND PROUD" in there sigs.

That's some serious ignorance.
