First off, i will start by saying that Irony is a bitch.
So, i live in brazil, nuff' said, mugging is constant around this country, and it happened to me, more specifically, to my 3ds
To understand this story, we'll have to go back all the way to january, month that i finished Pokémon Sun, hoping to completing 100% (which i got it, but that's for later) and ranked first in rating battles on brazil with my competitive team, at that point i grew bored of my 3ds, no games used to spark my interest, and at those 3 years of having mine, it mostly sat on my desk until some friends asked me for a pokémon or an item, or a fight on ssb.
After that, in march, i got a student loan/scholarship for my degree in computer science, with after a month worth of bureaucracy and hardcore document fetching, i finally started college.
Now, those two parts of my year are very important for the conclusion, so i decided to tell it first, and now, i will talk a bit about two of the worst problems that i face everyday: Loneliness and Rejection
I am not the most sociable guy, nor a complete cocoon person, i do know how to socialize, i just choose to do it on my own terms, and i dunno if the problem is with me or the people that i choose to socialize with, but i get the feeling of people getting tired of me, or ignoring me altogether, and i doesn't matter how many steps in my way, always end in the same result, even the new people that i meet on tinder meet the same result, doesn't even matter how long it takes to happen, on the end, i feel that i get rejected in a way.
So, what's the point of telling you all that? those stories interconnect in a way that i never saw coming
April, second week of college, on my way there, i put my 3ds on my bag and it gets stolen without i even realizing it, i didn't get desperate or anything, i had my mind on other things, and didn't cared too much for my loss
And, after one and a half month, several personal issues, and a stress that's eating me alive, i write this today, the day where i feel the irony of a simple 3ds that i grew bored at, making all the difference in a day that i'm just sad, almost fainting out of pure stress, without any escape valves nor stress relieving experiences, no one to talk, because on the exception of three friends of mine (Love you Selma, Iza and Caputo) i felt completely forgotten, in a situation that would be completely different if i had my 3ds sitting in my desk right now, just to open it, and leave this stressful world to any adventurous one.
