Well, I was browsing ThinkGeek yesterday out of boredom, and I went into the musical instruments section, and saw the KORG nanoSERIES stuff (KEY, PAD, and KONTROL). I wanted to get to nanoKEY, since it doubles as a synthesizer with the software you get with it free (It's a MIDI controller, so I could use it with any software that allows that kind of input really). They were each $60, seeing how ThinkGeek overprices everything, so I looked on Amazon to see if they had it for less (Honestly, $60 for a great piece of technology like this is a steal). I found one on there, bought it with 1-day shipping, and the total came out to be $55 and some cents. Less than ThinkGeek's price, with 1-day shipping included.
Here is a video with Jordan Rudess from Dream Theater showing off a little bit of what he can do with it:

EDIT: The video doesn't show it, but the controls for the keyboard are on the left side of the keyboard (Right side of the video). It has pitch up/down, octave up/down, CC mode (Which allows a key to switch MIDI settings on whatever program you're using while in that mode), and another button I can't tell what text it has on it in other pictures.
