dammit, i want to get and ISP but all I can get is the crappy wireless broadband ones. because 3 of the ISP's that i was going to apply to doesn't have a phone line here, and the one ISP which do have, don't have any available lines. now i'm trying out this wireless broadband that's says up to 2Mbps, but crap, sometimes it takes up to 5-13 seconds to load.
now it runs fairly, glad that i can finally cool down my temper.
EDIT: the rain died down, that's the reason why the speed is back to normal, but it seems the rain is back for more. so i'll just watch something good for the meantime.
