Ideas for New Year's Eve

I was discussing with a friend, and we just noticed that every year we do the same thing : we go to a party organized by the same person. It's not bad, but after 4 years we're kind of bored. The problem is that we don't know what to do on new year's eve. So anybody has ideas ?

And what are you going to do this year ?

Why wouldn't you stay up until midnight, then go out and scream "happy new year"? It's fun :P

Well, I would be staying up until at least midnight - I mean, my night won't actually start until about 8pm. I won't be going out and screaming because I'm an adult who has the tiniest bit of courtesy for my neighbors.

Her house...like...a 20 minute bike ride from my house.

Her parents hate me.

Visit my friends, then proceed to "disturb the peace".
We're stupid teenagers, so that's what we do. That's all we can do, anyway.

8:00->11:55 Sit on laptop, play games, watch TV, eat
11:55->Wait for the countdown and shut down laptop

Have her over to your place

plan on getting drunk off our asses launching some left over fireworks
playing video games blasting loud music jumping off things.

Be careful when jumping off of things. You could break the fireworks in your pocket.

Go to a party by a different person? Organise your own party? Organise a party that would be better suited for a different time of year?

Or just not party, go somewhere away from the noise and enjoy the peace as the new year rolls around. Secluded beaches are usually pretty good.

Okay fine... MOM.

Luckily for me, New years eve is my birthday.
I will invite about 3 people to sleep over.
We will make sparkler bombs (basically home-made land fireworks) play the Wii, go nto the pool and all that :D

Wow that's awesome :O

I think I'll finally go to a good restaurant, then a bar and why not nightclub. Or the usual party :D I seriously need to improve my life :(

We were looking for some plane tickets to go to Amsterdam, Barcelona or Madrid, but they're really expensive for new year's eve. Maybe we'll go to Paris in train (3hrs. of train), that could be a good idea.

How about Bali and stay at a great hotel.
At 12:00 it's a frenzy i hear.
Over there they have cheap fireworks that everyone buys.
The sky would light up like crazy.

If I had enough money, I would certainly make something like that :D Or celebrating the new year all around the world by using the jetlag :D

Yeah, I know these :') But I kind of afraid since one of my brother's friend saw me completely drunk on a bench and told him. it seems that after that, all my family (except my parents and me) were aware of that
