@Blue_Mew I kinda hate the notches too, but this is small enough so that most of the time it won't be in the way, and you can always add a black bar and effectively make it a notchless phone but you still get extra screen real estate whenever you want. Notch haters can disable it, and people who don't mind it get more screen, everyone wins.
I own a OnePlus 6, and I really thought I would hate the notch, but this phone seems to implement it really well, so I assume the 6T will do so as well. You can turn off the pixels around the notch so it will only display notification icons, time, battery percentage, etc. Every other pixel in the area will be black (and the OLED screen makes it look really nice). I have an example of this using twitter. In the top of the non-hidden notch screenshot, you can see the twitter background color, but in the hidden notch screenshot, it is just black except for the stuff I mentioned earlier. Also, unlike what I have seen of the iPhone, most applications do not have access to display information in the notch unless you grant them permission. Meaning if you are reading something online, the web page text won't be blocked by the notch. It is really just there to improve the screen to body ratio, and I think they implemented it really well. Now, if it was the iPhone X notch, I would probably hate it. I don't really like the teardrop design, I think it takes away from the screen because a triangle is too much tbh.
Without notch:
My only gripe with the phone is the 19:9 screen ratio. If you want to take the best pictures, you need to use 19:9 (at least in my experience) but then on my friends' phones the images are always a little blurry because they have to scale it. Oh well.
Oh, and the gesture navs are pretty good too, I just don't use them. And screen-off gestures for music are great, and there are some "programmable" gestures too. If anybody is on the fence about the phone they should get it.
I just checked, and it does indeed have OTG support. woot-woot!

Nice! I assume by the OP that you haven't owned one before, and I must testify of the dash-charging's incredibility. I don't play a lot of games on my phone and probably only spend a combined 30 mins per day on social media, but this battery lasts l o n g. And what even makes it better is that you can charge it in like 45 minutes or less (usually). Also, when you get it, it will have a plastic screen protector already on. I would recommend getting a tempered glass one from their store ASAP because the plastic one scratches really fast.
I made sure to order one, as well as that fancy sandstone case. I had heard that it had a fast charge feature, but damn. I am very excited for Thursday.

Also, when applying the screen protector use the provided case that they give you in the box (I am pretty sure they are doing that again for the 6T?) as a guide to put it on. It really helps out
