I did my coop interview!

I did a coop interview at an auto-shop near my house. seems the manager liked me! Catch me fixing cars skeet skeet!

Never heard of a co-op interview before, indeed the first few searches for it for me were of people asking about being interviewed for the supermarket(ish) chain thing in the UK which is what my thoughts ran to as well.

Anyway hope it goes well. The automotive repair trade is heading for very interesting times right now, and nobody is predicting good ones. That said if you can come out the other side able to fix most cars (the current brand specific trend is not a thing I am a fan of) and understand how they work to be able to do so (also somewhat lacking in many training avenues if what me and mine have seen is anything to go by) it will be a skill well worth having.

@FAST6191 its basically free labor for companies. but students learn from it.

Oh OK. I would probably know it as a student placement or a year in industry or something, maybe even a type of apprenticeship or many years ago a type of day release.

Guess I have another thing to add to the list of synonyms and how to read a CV.
