Don't know why i'm writing this...

I really don't know why but i've been depressed for quite a while now and haven't really been bothered/motivated to even bother playing any games or do anything. I haven't really been eating and drinking very well and its apparently starting to concern some of my friends which I found weird since normally friends don't give a shit even if you drop dead well none of my friends in the past really cared so I just find it strange since I can't be fucked to contact them at all and usually just talk and hang out with them once a month and then just lie in be thinking if I should kill myself or not then sleep for the rest of the months hoping I slowly waste away and die.

I don't even know why i'm writing this since i'm pretty sure no one cares anyway since i'm just 1 insignificant person among millions of people on the internet and thousands on GBATemp anyway well as of late I haven't really touched my PSP or Vita at all and my 3DS is still gathering dust waiting to be fully hacked and downloaded the portable pre-release Photoshop CS6 which has a nice black/grey colour scheme and looks much nicer than CS5 not that people here care much, I've also replayed Katawa Shoujo and I don't think that helped with my depression at all since its seriously a downer of a game and i'm a little bored since I can't be bothered to start playing other VNs I downloaded even though i've been told they're really fun and nice to play and i'm slowly going through Kamidori and it looks pretty good for such a small game, although the fan translation and the actual spoken audio don't really match up at times.

I've been through the same problem as well as many others, with the lack of motivation and all. And I think you have the wrong assumption for your friends. I'm not entirely sure how you define a person as a "friend," though if someone is worried about your well-being, that, in my book, is considered a friend.

And these thoughts about suicide, you should get rid of them. Easier said than done, you might say. I, myself, have had these thoughts before. I just realized that I have things I need to live for. Just remember that suicide is never the answer. You might feel as if you disappeared from the face of the Earth, nobody would give a damn. That's what you feel. Your parents. Like it or not, they care.

Again, you should throw out the assumption that nobody cares about you...

And CS3 all the way. :P

Katawa Shoujo... I love it but it made me so damn depressed for a few days. That Hanako route. :S

Friends care about their friends. Simple. If they care about you, they're your friends. Anyone previously who didn't was not your friend.
Everyone goes through a depression phase, however more often than not people pick themselves up and get over it. Sounds like you simply got stuck in it.
Do you have any real reason to be depressed? or is life simply boring to you. If you have no real issues to speak of, then do something. It's really that simple. Don't feel like doing something? Too bad, do it anyway. Go out with friends, have fun. Eventually you'll stop being a lazy depressed kid and you'll start having fun again. You have to break depression, it isn't just going to one day go away by itself.

I don't see why you'd need someone to care about this. Frankly just writing down your thoughts is helpful enough. Whether someone cares or not is irrelevant, though you might genuinely get some good advice from people who do care. Caring about you in general, i'm sure there are plenty of people. Most people are usually just too busy feeling sorry for themselves to notice that others care. But even if others care, it doesn't really help. In the end, only you can help yourself. You have to care about you, and that's all that matters.

and I agree with Sean, CS3 for life.

Really? All the routes end happy though. it's only depressing if you stop halfway through a route, lol. The only VN that ever left me sad in the end was Wanko To Kurasou, even though it ends on a "happy" note, it's still so damn depressing beforehand that it's hard to shake due to the circumstances of the ending.

I love the ending, it's just the route as a whole is pretty depressing since most of the time from middle to end the MC is worrying about her.

Which reminds me I need to do Rin's route still. The only one I have yet to complete. ;c

On topic though, if you feed that kind of mentality to yourself, thinking you're not worth anyone's time or that you're jjust another person in a sea of millions with no significance that's going to make you even worse than before.

Words and thoughts have more power than you think. If you think / worry that something negative is going to happen, then it will. Be positive, think about what good can go on in your life and work towards that goal that you have set for yourself. I'm kind of in the same spot that you are in right now, but I'm confident that it will get better, and so far it is.
