Physical looks nicer, but the Digital is more contrasting ad less washed-out, and stuff that was hard to see on the paper is easily seen on Digital. Also, I know that you did the bottom one first.
@jimmyj take a picture\scan of the real draw, put it in a layer in photoshop, use pen tool or other tools to draw the lines above the original picture, can even do a pixel by pixel, or color pick tools with masks... there are several ways...
i like the bottom one, because the texture of the pencil...
but if you going to use as an avatar or in the internet, the top one is better
Resolution is too low on the digital one. Try a new painting program to fix it. Also if you don't have a drawing tablet, I've found colors 3D on 3ds kind of gets the job done some how.
