Kindle Fire Ripoff

:nayps3: [font=comic sans ms,cursive] OK, Just giving you some words of advice. The Kindle Fire is a big ripoff. It takes forever to download games, breaks down too easily, books and games cost more, and half of the games on Amazon don't work on it. Me and my friend each got one for Christmas, and hers already broke down! :( Plus, it's like 200 dollars to buy, and the setup for the console takes about 3 hours. So whatever you do, DON'T BUY THE KINDLE FIRE! [/font]

You might want to learn how to root these things and stick something real on it. Rooting and installing a custom ROM would probably make it plenty worth the $200. Take a look in the Fire's section here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/index.php

Even rooted, the Fire is going to be slower and much less of a tablet than any full blown Android tablet would be.

Newsflash - the Kindle was supposed to be an E-Book Reader with a colour display, what did you expect?
