It has been some time now.
It was 11/13, at the release of Super Mario 3D Land, where Charles Martinet would be in a mall to sign the games and everything.
As the place opens at 1 PM, I went there at 11 AM, and there was already some people there.
After some time, the place opened (it is kind of a bookstore, but with a lot more things than books) and everyone ran to the auditorium, where Charles was gonna sign the games.
I bought the game then I ran to the auditorium, and there was already lots of people inside it.
After some time, Charles arrived and then he went out to have lunch. He ate Pizza...
Later, when he finished answering the questions everyone had, he started to sign the things.
I got a bag, a cap, my 3DS signed, the Super Mario 3D Land cover and the Instruction booklet, all of them signed by him (except the bag).
Also I got a photo with him:
