man at times i hate my parents

ok so when i got a dsl 5 years ago i was happy then like 2-3 years later the dsi came out and i told my dad can you buy this for me right he said when your other one doesn't work then okay 2 years later it broke right about when the 3ds came out and i said dad my ds won't turn on so we opened it up and the ribbon was torn and i said remember the deal we made if this one broke you would by me a newer one and he said i don't remember . i convinced him to get me one and he said go talk to your mom and my mom said until you get better grades i was like ok but there was this one teacher she was a bitch i swear she kept comparing us to her previous honors classes and it got so fucking annoying that every one wanted her gone we told all of the teachers and most of them agreed that she was pushing us to hard and i swear most of us wanted to team up on her so bad and another thing she was so fucking bipolar when there were conferences she would act all nice commenting on us but during class fuck she would say were making her laugh even though we were trying our hardest oh and the thing that got us all pissed is that she wouldn't let you finish your statement with out here butting in half with out her knowing what it is about.another thing is that she kept putting us down. any ways i mostly uped my grades but not that muchhope fully by christmas i get my own 3ds.ok my point is my parents always add a catch to everything
Sorry, but a B, a C, and 2 D's? Holy shit, I'd die if my parents caught me with those grades.

You need to work on yourself first. Sorry man.
Also, this. I got a C, I got grounded for a month. During the summer. If I got that I'd be grounded for a fucking semester. Fucking bullshit, OP. Get your shit together. How hard is math, language and science? Not very. Hell, unless you're only taking four classes, you've failed a few classes? Christ, man, even the dumbest people I know aren't failing any classes. What classes are you in, dude? If it's anything under Calculus in math, quit bitching.

Her "favourites", any chance they just happen to be good at the subject? It's not their fault they find it easy the same way it's not your fault you have to try harder than them.

I'm sure they'll be things you can do that they find really hard and you just don't even have to try at.

nope only a few

You sound like a whiny child, who needs to earn his money through chores, etc. Why would you write this on here, do you think people would agree with you? Parents are parents, hopefully you won't become one, but if you do, I hope you make your kids listen similar lessons.

Trolling aside... you should get your grades up, because it's the mature thing to do, being intelligent is something that is lacking in today's workplace, as well as the school system (HS through college).

so umm . . .
let me get this straight .
you are ranting on how your parents don't buy you a 3DS ? well , why not work for one and buy it yourself ? if you really want it that much , you can work for it . your parents , although they may not remember their agreement , they still told you the best possible answer ; get better grades .

prove to them you deserve it . with the grades you got , i can understand the point where your parents are standing and why they don't want to buy you one .

schools over and i got four passig grades the last time i cheacked 1 b 1 c 2 d's
My parents would trash everything recreational I have if I came home with grades like those.

My parents are worse, I have to wake up at 7:30AM, play violin for 2 hours (my mom then leaves for work, dad already leaves at 6), and do calculus (every fucking morning, there is a PACKET of math on my desk, 20+ problems guaranteed). I still love them though, I know that they're doing their best to get me into a good collage, and onto a good job (Chinese values, wealth = happiness). If I get a B+ or lower during the school year my electronics are immediately confiscated and I get "grounded (no fun times with friends, no electronics)" for at least a quarter. I have a 3DS, iPod Touch, and custom built computer because I WORKED for it.

tl;dr: Asian lifestyle is brutal but you get huge rewards. Pull your shit together OP, and start caring so you can get a good job. Then, you can buys many 4DSs as you would like.

Damn, I wish I was you. I was top in my class, worked my ass off, even graduated early and got a job early and kept it! (granted its a shitty job, but....). Anyway, its more than I can say for my "sister" my parents adopted, (She quit after 2 weeks of Del Taco...) but my point is (If I can get to it without rambling), I worked my ass off and got nothing in reward, not even an "I'm proud of you". XD. No matter how bad you think your parents are, they seem to be kick ass. :P

Instead of ranting on a forum, if you really want to play 3DS, GET A JOB!

I'm just gonna wait when it's out for 2-3 years, so that there's actual good games out(OoT doesn't count!).

anyway, you sound like a spoiled brat.
You expect your parents to buy you anything for nothing.
I only get new game consoles on my birthday. I get to choose one for less then 200 euros. then on christmas I get a bunch of games for it and thats it. thats what I get all year. when I want/need anything else, I work for it!

There's a reason, any truly intelligent person can not thrive or exercise their intelligence at least in a place like mine. Think about it, art programs have been cut, school's got rid of most books due to parental complaints and recently abolished their libraries all together, most of the school is cracked-out "gangstas" who spout things representing an ignorant, ill informed agenda, an inability to learn, and an apathy towards bettering themselves. It is almost impossible for ANY semi-intelligent individual to get by in that high school. Thankfully some do, and then quickly move away.

@The OP: I really don't mean to be mean or anything, but you know it's really not magic.
The last time I checked, parents don't get whatever you ask them to get you.
How about you try earning it? ;)

Not to insult a disabled person or anything, but how does your arm affect your ability to not be terrible at things like math? Fuck, man. My dad's got 1 leg and, like, 4 fingers and he can do math great for a useless stoner (No offense to useful stoners). And doesn't it make more sense to, you know, fix your fucked up arm if it's so mangled rather than get a new console? Saying you don't give a fuck isn't "trying," it's being a lazy fuck. If you're not able to get by without studying, don't fucking try to. You know what's worse than not being able to buy a 3DS? Not being able to get a fucking decent job due to the fact that you failed high school and couldn't get into a decent college. Your teacher's favorites? People who actually work for it. I'm sure they have a reason to refuse getting you one.
They're not gonna leave you going crazy over the 3DS forever, you know. :P
