Chicken Run Beta V1

I have been creating my own game with game maker.
It has <span style="text-decoration: line-through;">3</span> 5 levels.
It stars a chicken that needs to eat worms so he can progress through the world to get somewhere.
I don't exactly know exactly where he is going.
Oh he hates stoats so he will jump on them or shoot eggs at them.

Up: Jump/Climb
Left: Walk left
Right: Walk Right
Down: Climb down
Space: Shoot egg

PS: I will eventually make this into a DS Homebrew when it hits 1.0 and enough peeps are interested.

Everyone in my Year 10 Porgramming class are making this (but with a kiwi).
But i'm trying to make mine better by adding new features.
Programming games is getting very easy for me in about 10 sessions of programming.
I've added different tileset's, level themes and character abilities.
Any advice on what else to add?

It's fixed some little error's such as not losing a life when stepping on a trap.
Added 2 more levels.
Added cheat of changing levels with the mouse's scroll wheel.
For v3 i will add a title screen and some more levels like a 0 gravity level.

Quite good! You should make it so the chicken doesn't have to always look to the right when climbing ladders.
Also, you should fix the background image so that both sides of the image match. (so that it's not noticeable when the image repeats)

thanks for that.
I'm working on the final version now and it has a world selection screen and stuff, i'm gonna change the chicken sprie with a better one with climbing angles and stuff.
