Froot Loops

So I have an unhealthy obsession with a breakfast cereal that I've never had the pleasure of tasting. They don't sell Froot Loops in England and it's so damn expensive to import them. There's so much American food I want to try (Twinkies, Ding Dongs, Lucky Charms, bacon dental floss, Pop Tarts, etc). I hate FSA they suck! One day I will get my beloved Froot Loops.

Too bad only one store in my town has any, and it's expensive as hell because of it. :(
Why don't you just make some?

I remember my parents buying a crapton of that candy for me when I was younger.
It's nice to know what it was. Now I can scour the internet for it. (because I know it doesn't sell anywhere near me, i've looked)

Yeah there's 2 different types. There's that one then there's the coloured sugar one.

This thread makes me want to buy like $300 worth of candy via the internet.
I haven't had any real candy in so long.

I avoid hershey's chocholate like it's poison.
I remember once in grade 7 our class sold hershey chocolate bars to raise money...yeah, I raised about $50 selling the chocolate bars to myself.
That stuff is addictive as hell.

Whaddamoddafu-kingsheet i didn't knew fruity pebbles existed, I've only seen the chocolate ones, By the way are these any good? What they taste like?
Tootsie rolls are pretty much taffy and chocolate combined
Exept that Taffy (Cherry one specially) Tastes just way too awesome while chocolate Tootsie Roll doesn't, Though, Non-chocolate tootsie roll tastes decent.

OP: You should really import Pop Tarts i have a trauma with them same for Nestea.

Also the only noteworthy NA drink is Canada Dry. That is awesome.

Rice Krispie Squares are shite, They taste way too sugarish

ROFL @ Bacon wrapped oreos.

Also that "rock" candy thing is nothing like a taffy.

I just found out that they sell Pop Tarts here at Asda which is the English Wal Mart. I swear they sell everything at Asda apart from prostitutes, probably because Wal Mart own Asda.

Yes I love them!

My cereal addiction is well known but I can not stand the vast majority of American breakfast cereals. Indeed after about two months there I was looking around for diet cereals just to avoid the sugar (most of the ones I found tasted like eating twigs). Should someone have been wandering around with a box of weetabix or malt wheats they would have probably been mugged for it.

I have seen this fruit/froot loops thing first hand though and having had the dubious pleasure of sampling such a thing I still have no idea why people go nuts for it. We have a decent import shop where I am at right now and even when the exchange rate was 2 to 1 (looking at around £10 for a smaller box) they were still selling or if someone is heading stateside that is one of the main requests for "anything you want me to pick up?". In some ways it is almost in booze cruise territory.

Mountain dew I can pass up quite happily but grape soda is another thing entirely.
